1) Are all your products new from the manufacturer?

We are a full authorized retailer of all the brands we represent. All our products are brand new with full manufacturers warranty.

2) How fast do you ship?

Orders placed by 1pm generally ship the same day. Otherwise it ships the next business day.

3) I need to buy a double stroller, but there are so many choices, I'm confused-what should I be looking for?

Great question-but there is no standard answer. Everyone's needs are different, and based on the ages of the children, lifestyle,travel needs, etc. what you need is unique to you. Please e-mail or call us, and we'll give you the pros and cons of each one and try to guide you to the proper decision.Our staff has been trained, and most of us have actually personally purchased double strollers for our children and grandchildren .We do understand strollers.

4)I am nervous about providing my credit card information on the internet. How safe is my account information.?

We are a secure site. Your credit card information is protected from identity theft. We also offer our customers the options of paying by PAYPAL or by mail via check or money order.

5)What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise in "new and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee..

All returns must be in brand new condition, complete with original box, instructions, warranty cards, and all original packaging. In the event that the customer sends an incomplete return,the merchandise will be examined and the appropriate refund will be applied. Upon receipt of returned item, the refund will be applied, minus the actual cost of shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer including the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the package to you. Please return the package via UPS or FED-EX insured, and please maintain the tracking information of the returned package. Little Folks is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us.
