Merchandise may be returned to Little Folks NYC within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for returns, please note the following criteria:
Refused shipments will be credited less the original shipping charges and restocking fee.
Any item that is to be returned more than 30 days after delivery requires prior authorization and is subject to additional restocking fees.
There will be no restocking fee on exchanged merchandise. An additional shipping charge may apply.
Merchandise received in error or damaged in shipping should be reported to us right away at 800-675-9669. We will make every effort to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Not following this procedure may cause delays and prompt fees.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the purchaser will be notified of the return and refunded for the purchase.
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned items. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your return. Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24-48 hours.
